I was 20 when Evis died. I was told by my friend who was working at Highs, I was a customer. I didn't believe him so I called of my older Brother who was a Elvis fanatic. He confirmed it. Very sad day and then a couple years latter John Lennon was gone.
I'm with you Colleen, I don't believe he died on 16.August.1977...I don't know how he could go into any witness Protection Program with everyone in the whole World knowing him, but he went somewhere and not in that Casket...Another thing when the Paramedics came, his girlfriend was putting on her make up and not that upset. I hopw where ever he is, he has found Peace...I'm not so sure he didn't die yet, just that he didn't die on that day...If he is dead, then he is with his Beloved Mother again that he missed so very much....
After extensive research, I truly believe that Elvis Presley is alive and well. There are way too many contradictions surrounding his "death." This piqued my interest to look into circumstances surrounding his "supposed" death. Yes, Elvis did take pain meds, as he was very ill, gastrointestinal problems, just like myself. And he needed surgery and could not have done and still perform as he did. He was a Federal Agent for the DEA. I am a firm believer that he did go into the Witness Protection program. Why was his funeral 2 days after his "death?" Because he didn't want close friends to come and see a wax figure in the coffin. Why did his coffin weigh 900 lbs when he weighed 250? Why did Vernon spell his middle name with 2 "A's" on his epithet? All the books and documents I have seen, Birth Certificate, Driver's license, Marriage license, Military records, all have his name spelled: Elvis Aron Presley. Why wouldn't Vernon or Lisa Marie let them exhume the "body" to prove that it is, indeed Elvis'? Shortly before his "death," Elvis, himself said, "I would give 1 million dollars not to be Elvis Presley for just one day." I rest my case for now. And, yes, I worked in law for 20 years. Have extensive experience in being able to see the truth. And the picture of the "body" in the coffin is not Elvis Presley, as I was about 5 feet from him in 1974.

It ahs been 36yrs since me and my sisters seen you in concert " your last one" that was the greatest day of my 16th yr. I grew up w/ your movies and songs and fell in love w/ you at a young age. I now get to hear Lisa Marie and see your grandchildren and it warms my heart they are all doing so well and makes me sad that they couldn't have you a little longer. I think if you were still alive you would love some of the impersonators out today that capture your esence and brings us just a little closer for the time to you. I have been to graceland 3 times and would love to come again. the kitchen clock you have in your knitchen is the same one my mom had in her kitchen funny huh ? i am so glad we still have your music to listen to and people to talk to about you. You were and still are so loved by all.. especially this girl
